I disagree Doc. For far too long too many people have felt that way and it's gotten us nowhere but the continued declining rates. That needs to change and therefore the "hush hush" on the rates does too. Without full disclosure, things will never change or get better. Keeping secrets isn't the way to improving things for us all.1 point
