Vibration On Ultra 1 - what's the culprit?

Hi, Today even, I found the image vibration as i mounted canon c300 with ultra prime lens. And througly chkd all screws all wer firm. I cnt understand wats the vibration of. I have no accs attached just a m one motor attached. Ny one can let me knw wats the prblm. -
