  1. I'm selling my GPI Pro VZ Gimbal with short handle and new pan bearing (with metal spacers instead of nylon). The gimbal and vz handle retail from pro for $6860. I purchased the new pan bearing from Pro last year for about $850. Pro gimbal wrench also included. Gimbal is in great working condition just has some cosmetic wear as seen in the photos. The set screw in the handle that tightens around the post is stripped but I always set an aircraft pin in low mode anyway. $4500 OBO
  2. Pro arm in excellent condition. The chassis is pretty pristine with just some tiny cosmetic nicks around the edges. I purchased it from Jerry Franck 2/2019. Price is $19,500. Buyer pays shipping. Serious inquiries only, please. Price new is $22,500. What you get: -Titan arm chassis -8 windowed canisters - 4 blue, 4 black -4 slot canister case -Arm Bag - 2-6" posts, 1-8" post, 1-12" post (all with collars), 1-90 degree low mode bracket -Pro Arm tools + back-up bolts, caps, and bumpers Wear and tear: -Some of the canister caps have scratches. This is from adjusting on the fly and trying to find the hole blind. These are cosmetic only scratches (see photos). Thanks, Ben
  3. Hi Everyone, I’m just getting started on here and in my Steadicam career, and am just starting to try and book jobs. I got referred for a web commercial. The rate is not great ($800 or $900 for gear and rate) but I want to make sure that I’m not out there undercutting anyone if I take the job. How do I go about ensuring that I’m not screwing over my fellow Knights of the Green Screen and giving myself a bad name in the process? Thanks! Ben Van Cleave
  4. Hey Mike! Great to hear from you! Yeah I bought a complete Pro setup earlier this year and have been steadily improving. I just completed Tiffen’s Gold workshop. I’d be thrilled to come out for you on a job. Hope you’re well!
  5. Hi! I’m new to the forum having recently acquired a GPI Pro system with a Pro II sled. I’m very interested in finding a tilt plate to add into my top stage, and I’d be interested to hear people’s thoughts on this. Betz apparently no longer makes theirs, so I’m sort of looking for a used one (if anyone has one for sale) but also noted that they don’t seem to be in high demand at all. Can anyone illuminate what the issues with this particular tilt stage might be? Are there any other decent options? I just completed a Steadicam gold workshop with the m1 and archer sleds and quite liked the options the tilt stage on those sleds had to offer. Thanks in advance!
