Located in Cologne/Germany: I'm selling my back up Artemis Sled: It's an 1.5 EFP special edition with the cine broadcast battery (12/24 volt) hanger that was modified by sachtler according to my wishes before delivery. I bought it new in 2010. It has served me very well over ten years. Quality of the 3 original v-mount battery plates was a little poor so I let all three replace by original IDX plates which are much more solid and perfect reliable. The machine has been serviced regularly and also Arri rebranded in Oktober 2020 including an overall check up. Monitor power has been changed to the recent/original Arri Minus/Plus wiring. Everything is checked and in perfect working condition. Since the last service it wasn't on a job because I'm working with my 1.8 Arri. Including a Stormcase 2950, 3 cables (Red power to Red Power, Red PWR to XLR PWR, Monitor PWR to XLR(not on picture)), bracket, base plate and my old feedback sports stand. Price is 6.600 Euro plus VAT.

Hallo, für einen eintägige 3D Produktion am Samstag, den 6.August in Berlin suche ich einen Kollegen, der mir - natürlich gegen Bezahlung - seinen G70 oder auch ProArm - leihweise zur Verfügung stellt. Ich selbst arbeite normalerweise mit einem Silver Spring, der bis 28 Kilo trägt, aber bei diesem Job wird er mir möglicherweise nicht ganz reichen. Ich weiß, dass man sehr ungerne seinen Arm verleiht, doch ich kann versichern, dass der Arm wie ein rohes Ei behandelt wird, und tatsächlich nur etwa 2 bis 3 Stunden zum Einsatz kommt. At the end of march I picked up my silver sping arm at the customs here in Germany. Although I´m still a newby I had chances to try out different arms from different brands until I decided to buy a silver spring from Steadyrig. Sure I definetly also liked the price that just fitted into my super "business plan" (I couldn't afford to spend a single dollar more). The second major reason that brought this arm to me is the weight of only 4,2 kilos which makes it a good arm to work on tv shows where you have to wear the rig for extended periods of time. I probably do not use the right words to describe this very well manufactured piece of equipment, but I just want to share my positive experiences in this forum. This arm just accompanies me very well and it works great. It sounds stupid but once I thought it's is like a sportscar, its fast and light and you can drive any circuit with it, narrow curves with no space right or left like in a concert in front of or on the stage or in an appartment moving through doorways. Okay, to move through narrow spaces and do switches over and over is what I practice a lot anyhow but the silver spring arm definetly helps me with it. It just fits. Also slow and precise moves are fine with it although they work better around the middle or plus middle of the announced weight range of 13 – 63 lbs. At least that`s what I found out. There is no need to write about the communication with Hugo Langer from Streadyrig. The whole procedure was like a perfect steadicam move. If anybody here in west germany/europe wants more information or talk about this silver spring arm or even stop by to play with it for a while no problem, just write me a note and buy two pieces of cake, I serve the cappucinos. Hi Ken, I´ve tried to get a J bracket there but I didn`t succeed. I ordered one, waited ten days, called again, waited another two weeks, called and wrote an e-mail to cancel the order, did not get any answer, so I don`t know whats going on. Before that I ordered other stuff and got things that I didn`t order which is no problem but its kind of hard spending money there. But I guess I try again. Thanks anyway. Robert
