Goodbye Bob: I have just returned from a 2-week trip to find the sad news. I have supplied equipment to the film industry for 20 years. And a few times to Bob Ulland. Irwin, You have called and talked to Noel who told you that the monitor with UHF tuner built-in will be shown at the NAB and that we do not have a price yet. You have left a message yesterday. I have called you back 4 times this am, everytime I got your answering machine. The information is still the same: we do not have the price yet. We will not have the price until the NAB. The first unit will be flown in the day before the NAB starts by the President of the factory. I do not appreciate your nasty comment on our behavior towards clients. We take great pride in going the extra mile to service the equipment and our clients, day after day after day. I do not think you ever ordered something we did not deliver on time (usually the same day). You have never needed any repair on your Transvideo equipment, but if you do, you know we do most of our repairs same day or next day. Your comment is incorrect and it is spiteful.
