So tried these things. The Active high, Active low doesnt exist in the tally menu. Also looked this up in the manual. Could this be a possible software update issue you think? Used a different power source and was able to get the tally to light up (not through the rig). I contacted Tiffen but now I am thinking it may be a monitor issue.... Should I have to do a software update on a new monitor out of the box? DAN

Hi guys, I am hoping someone can help me out. I have a shadow v with a transvideo evolution. I have the tally that was sent with my gear. A sensor that attaches to camera tally light, a little led that splits off for talent and the other end is 4pin into nose box tally. Can not get the tally to light up. Tally light works on monitor because I tested it in the menu functions. Any similar problems? Solutions? I have tried two different tally cables on two different rigs... Ugh

There are other people who can service the m-one. I decided on it based on some of my colleagues opinions on its performance. And yes I am looking for an analog motor. Crazy how a company can have such terrible customer service. I figured initially acquiring the product would not be the issue...... Jokes on me.

Haha, most of the issues I noticed people were having seemed to be getting their motors serviced, but seems a ton of people have this particular motor so I didn't think it would be an issue with receiving it initially.... Unfortunately not the case. .... Thanks Daniel, I am going to try and cancel order through my credit card company and look at the Heiden motors for sure. Cheers.

Hi guys, I have read lots of threads regarding the customer service with loonvideo. I recently ordered an m-one from them ( two weeks ago). Have obviously not gotten the motor. Anybody know how long it takes usually to get your order? Tried to contact them repeatedly but obviously no response. Any info helps.

Also kind of on topic ( one reason for looking at new vest) anyone have foot problems from operating? I am operating 5 to 7 days a week all year sometimes 12 hours a day. I have been having some foot cramping/pain I can't shake. I have great shoes and custom orthotics but wake up every morning with a super sore right foot. Anyone else?

How does this model compare to the V-LCD65SB-AFHD ? any opinions? differences? Also Im curious what some of you guys use (if at all) for tally for live television? Also if anyone has any opinions on focus controllers that would be awesome as well. I currently operate with the G-ZOOM and i love it. But sometimes i find myself shooting on cameras that only have a semi-servo lense, so looking for an independent unit i can use in these situations. looking forward to hearing some suggestions!
