Hey Taylor! Congrats on that new wiring!! Sounds like it freed you up from proprietary connectors! Always a good thing! I'm probably going to find a machine shop to have the holes tapped. Before that, one last call to Tiffen to see if they would have the equivalent AB backplate that does fit the holes in a dusty bin someplace. :)

I'm also making the AB switch to an old Flyer. I've searched online for AB Gold mount schematics to see if the mounting screws will match up with the Flyer plate as is and coming up short. Anyone know if I can just slap a Gold Mount plate onto this Flyer plate or will I need some sort of intermediary adaptor plate? The V Mount had a rubber gasket and it attached to a thin metal "plate" that had a Panasonic sticker on it. This Panasonic plate actually mounted to the sled. Thanks all!
