  1. Hey All I'm looking to buy an American Grip Steadicam Stand. I am located in LA
  2. I have been looking into this monitor, as well. I am wondering how it compares to the Marshall V-LCD651STX-3GSDI, which is 650 nits transreflective.
  3. If I recall, when I registered here, I read somewhere that the 2 forums are connected... but I can't seem to log into the cinematography forum. Should I just register there, as well, or is there a way to sign in there with this account? Thanks!
  4. Thanks Brian. I did see the hard wire remote, but I guess I was expecting something wireless. You may be right, though...a standard follow focus may be easier. I like the idea of having both hands on handles, though.
  5. Hey All I have a Bartech and M-One set up. I was told that there is a way to control the receiver and motor from a thumbscrew that could mount on a handle for a traditional handheld (shoulder mount), one-man-band operation. I will be operating on a show for 2 weeks, in this fashion, with no AC. I'll have to pull focus myself, as I operate. I have looked for this option online, but I can't seem to find any info on it...does anyone know where I can find something like this?
  6. hey geoff - they are both sold. sorry about that. I don't think that they are switchable, only NTSC. But I don't know for sure

  7. Hi Steven,

I am interested in your transmitters, for some reason I can add to your posting on the forum so please excuse this method of contact. My question is, are they switchable from NTSC to PAL? I work in Australia. My email address is geoffowen1@bigpond.com . Many thanks

    Geoff

  8. I have 2 IDX Wevi Cam~Wave WIFI Video Transmitters (802.11a / 5.2 GHZ) For Sale. Like new, in box. Each package contains: 1 WEVI Cam-Wave Transmitter (v-mount plates) 1 WEVI Cam-Wave Receiver (v-mount plates) 4 Antennas This is the original IDX Cam-Wave SD package. Perfect condition, barely any signs of wear. V-mount set-up. Bought these new and shot a show for 2 months with them. They have sitting in their boxes ever since. They resolve a great image and the signal is strong for impressive distances. Price: $1500 per package
  9. I'm looking for a used M-One motor to use with my Bartech. Thanks!
  10. Thanks Guys! I'll be on the hunt for a M-One for sure. That was my gut instinct, anyway.
  11. Hey All I have a Bartech Focus Device, but no working motor. I am looking to buy a used motor, and I understand that I can use any of the following... Palomar Engineering: M-One. M-One .5 Focus Heden: M26P, M26PT, M28VP*, M28VPT*, M32P, M32PT, M21VP* * requires a no-cost modification to the BFD for optimum performance Stanton: Right angle motor (requires a no-cost modification to the BFD to prevent motor damage) Cinema Products: ZB-100, SLD-100 SPF: FMG-6 But which? Can anyone suggest a standout amongst these? Thanks!
