  1. I have the Rolux RLC-130s battery. I'm pretty new with connecting a battery to the sled, but I wanted to find out how I can figure how much accessories I can attach to it without blowing it out? It has a Dtap on the battery as well as when it's connected to the battery plate, it has a 12v, 7.2v, 5v DC connections and an extra Dtap. Would I be able to use all of them or how could I calculate a safe draw amount on the battery without blowing anything. This post probably could go in the newbies section, but I figured this is specifically a battery question.
  2. Thanks for getting back to me Victor. This helps a lot with planning everything out.
  3. My name is Touacha Her, but cant change it in the settings as described in the general discussion name change sticky. I got the CameTV steadicam that can handle 2.5kg to 15kg. Only thing I could afford right now to get into it. I bought so far the rolux rl-130wh batteries and a lilliput field monitor. I hink I can d tap into the battery but didnt know if id overload the battery by powering too many things
  4. Hey I just ordered my rig and have a question on powering the sled. I am looking at the Raux RL-130s as a starter battery and is it best to have two seperate batteries to power the monitor and camera seperatly or have a single battery power both?
  5. I wanted to change my old account to my real name too, but I followed the instructions and I did not have the Screen Name link after getting into "My settings" My real name is Touacha Her. Would like to have it changed if possible. (I'm a steadicam fan from a long time ago and now really wanting to get into it!)
  6. I am about to make a jump into buying my first rig too. Been reading for years now and messing around with Steadicam Merlin's, a old steadicam sled with vest and arm, and even shadowed a pro steadicam operator. Adrian mentioned the came remote follow focus, I was thinking about getting their steadicam rig too since it covers it seems like a great range for a great entry level price for me. Anyone have any thoughts about Came's steadicam rig?
