Hi, I need to make my Pro rig hot swap-able today. Any of you who knows if it is possible to connect two of the battery mounts on the rig in parallel with a male-to-male D-tap cable and in this way do the hot swap? Best regards Jacob

Hi, I've noticed the 4 pin hirose has a tally pin (pin 3 or 4). What kind of signal should trig it? A short? SmallHD is not very clear about this in the documentation..

Hi all, Recently I've noticed some noise from my Zephyr arm while operating rigs in the top of the Zephyr's weight range. Can't tell if the sound comes from the springs or other parts of the arm. Anyone of you having the same experience? Any thoughts? Happy new year. Jacob

Hi, I need to mount a follow focus system on my Steadicam Zephyr, but the camera I'm going to use doesn't have any rods to mount the focus motor. Any suggestions? Is it possible to get a quick release plate with the rods? Best regards Jacob
