  1. Will be in L.A. next week until approximately March 27th. Seeing if anyone has a PRO vest to suit 6'3", 180lbs, 34" waist that they are looking to sell over the next week. Throw me a message if keen. Thanks in advance.
  2. Klassen Flex 2 vest up for grabs. Out of all the equipment, a vest is probably the most personal choice. As has been the case in nearly every vest I've tried, it unfortunately doesn't work with my body in particular. Basically new, used for less than 10 shooting days. Exceptional quality as would be expected from Klassen. It comes with a regular/right side low profile arm, full spares kit and a padded carry bag. The vest measurements are to suit 6'2", 170lbs and 34" waist. As with all Klassen's there is wiggle room either side of each measurement. Would be happy to swap for a PRO vest if someone is looking for a change, otherwise, $4000 USD is the price. *As mentioned in our sled and arm ads, I will be travelling to LA for other reasons (approximately 21st-26th March) and could bring this along for the serious buyer, but would need to know before 21st March (Australian time) to organise bringing it. Thanks for reading and keep well.
  3. Another item up for grabs is a PRO Titan arm. It is in as new condition with basically zero marks or scratches evident. I'm guessing that everyone here knows these arms and I don't have to list silly amounts of information regarding them. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this arm and am only selling as my producer is looking to use the money in another part of the business, with this is currently being surplus equipment. Arm is priced at $16,500 USD. Thanks for reading, Michael. *Please note - I will be travelling to LA for other reasons (approximately 21st-26th March) and could bring this along for the serious buyer, but would need to know over the next 3 days to organise bringing it along. Pictures to follow later tonight. Edit: holding off on posting pics as it might already be gone.
  4. Hi Chris, Sorry about the late reply, just finished a 16 hour day. The sled is still available and I will send you an email in a moment.
  5. Hi Jake, It will be up for sale only if the sled's new owner doesn't need it. The low price of $300 is only if it goes with the sled. Thanks for the message.
  6. Hi all, Selling a PRO 2 HD sled on behalf of my producer. The BON FM-072SCH monitor is not included but is also available for sale (with rear mounted AB plate and D-tap power cable) for $1400 The sled is located in Australia and shipping costs would be additional. My brother is always looking for a holiday, so depending on location, it may be able to be personally delivered with the postage costs coming off his ticket fare. Please feel free to message if you have any questions or wish to discuss further. Thanks for reading.
  7. Hi Pascal, what are the height/weight characteristics for the vest? Thanks.
  8. PM'd you Brendan. Also to anyone else, producer has said this needs to move and $4000 sounds pretty damn reasonable. Let's make it happen.
  9. I'm yet to try it out on a job, though running around the house has proven it is quite comfortable indeed. Most definitely lighter than the original Klassen vest. Still working out the best fit but it's already ahead of our last vest in terms of personal comfort and fit. Highly recommend checking one out if possible.
  10. Although I had only tried the original vest from an operator was about 10" shorter than me, it was still quite comfortable. I should have the Flex 2 on Tuesday and can offer more feedback then. Also worth noting that Klassen is having a summer sale where $500 comes off anything over $5k. I'm not sure exactly how long it's on for, but certainly worth thinking about if a new vest purchase is on the horizon.
  11. Vest has been sold. Thank you for the interest.
  12. Selling a Sactler ACT2 vest for producer friend. It's In great condition and does everything it should do. Comes with the carry bag and some replacement padding. I'll throw some better pictures up as soon as I get the chance and it's not midnight. $2700USD + shipping. Thanks for reading. (Justin in Sydney has one for sale with less scratches. Not trying to drive his price down, just changing to a Klassen and he needs to finance it soon.)
  13. Just received the docking bracket Jens. Everything as described. Thanks again for the great deal and communication.
  14. Remembered this is still sitting in the corner. Now has three plates instead of four but dropping to $5000.
  15. Sale fell through after 3 months of promises. Need the room so price drop to US$5500!
  16. Wow! Just another reminder to always walk the course before shooting it. I do love learning lessons but it sucks when it costs someone that much to teach us.
  17. You can also check Optical Support for any used sleds. I picked up a great deal on an HD PRO 2 sled from Chris. http://opticalsupport.com/contact/
  18. Hi all, I'm yet to attend a sanctioned workshop and thought I'd see if there are any operators interested in running me through a basic 1-on-1. Happy to pay for time of course. I'm running a full-size rig but am still entry level from a skill and experience point of view. I'm very keen to get things happening and do try to practice frequently but would love not having to unlearn bad habits down the road. I've had to reject some higher budget jobs as they were above my current skill and confidence level. Doesn't have to be full car mounted setups or anything silly like that, just the skills and techniques that a two day workshop would normally cover. I of course have the Operator's Handbook and have watched the EFP video, but nothing beats being able to actually discuss with someone as it's happening and having an experienced eye to correct the finer points. Happy to discuss any details with prospective instructor. I'm located in Brisbane but anywhere within Australia shouldn't be too much of an issue. Thanks in advance :) (Hope this was the right category to post this in.)
