  1. Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has some good resources (e.g. a link to a manual or videos on YouTube) that show how to make adjustments to a Master Series arm. I've been searching the forum and Googling around and haven't found anything too comprehensive, though I may not be looking in the right places. Any links would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help! Ryan
  2. Thank you very much for your help. Do you have any thoughts on where to purchase a power cable to run off my rig? I have a 4-pin video/power and 5-pin recorder out of my lower junction box. I'm having trouble Googling around to find a cable from one of those to a 2.1mm DC barrel. Is it a custom cable, and if so, any recommendations on who to contact to have one made? I appreciate it!
  3. Thanks David. How would I power a monitor like that?
  4. Hello everyone, Does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy ultra slim and flexible/thin gauge triax and SMPTE jumpers for broadcast applications? Thank you, Ryan
  5. Hello everyone, Looking through the forum it appears this discussion has been had before, though some of the links and model numbers are now out of date. What are your recommendations for a small analog program/return monitor for broadcast applications? Bonus if it can also take HD-SDI. Any specific model numbers or links would be most appreciated. I saw some recommendations to just buy a couple super cheap monitors off of Amazon. If I were to go that route, what's your advice for power? Thank you for your help! Ryan
  6. Too funny! She was the only one in the family to head to the west coast. She's scouting in Puerto Rico at the moment.
  7. I come close... while I'm the first Steadicam operator in the family, I'm second generation in the business. My dad Bruce was a jib operator based in New York, after starting in the business as a crane and dolly grip. My uncle Rob, also a jib operator, owns Camera Moves. My uncle Chris is a producer/director who does a good deal of 3D animation, and my aunt Lori is a location scout for feature films out in LA. And somehow none of them talked me out of it
