Gearnex Camera Head
Bruce Borland replied to Bruce Borland's topic in Steadicam Marketplace - For Sale
Hi Ben, Actually I am in Vancouver,so shipping would be cheaper. The largest camera package I ever had the pleasure of sticking on here was a full studio rigged Red One, heavy camera once all the bells and whistles were on it. They say it can take 75lbs comfortably. 3D rig might be pushing it, like a Pace rig. As far as service, it has never needed any. What is funny is that I have talked to Joe Mendoza, the maker of Gearnex, and they have only paused their company for awhile and have every intention of continuing operations soon.He had told me that all service is still available. If you would like his number I can certainly pass it on, he was offering his services consigning my Gearnex. Let me know if you need any more pics or you would like to make an offer. Thanks -
I have a beautiful Gearnex Gear head for sale. Basically I bought this to get smooth with the wheels as an operator. The head is in excellent shape, never used outdoors and has been extremely well treated. It has a Mitchell base presently on it, and comes with a 150mm bowl adaptor as well ($400.00). The whole head comes in it's custom pelican case, manual, and training video. This head was bought from Vistek in Toronto, I paid $7800 with taxes and they included shipping. If you want to check out some more specifications ,and authenticate price, goto; http://www.vistek.ca...eo-Tripods.aspx Asking $6200.00 plus shipping. If you desire more photos, or info ,please feel free to ask.
