I was Fraker's 2nd for a few shows and one of my responsibilities was keeping the Panabar stocked with ice and Chivas. i am pretty sure I have a pic of it somewhere, i'll have to dig through my archives. Panavision presented him with the case, it was a white anvil case, one that they shipped zoom lenses in. It had a center cutout for an ice bucket - and after one show (1992?) we presented him with a new sterling silver engraved ice bucket to replace the old one that he had in it. Flanking the ice bucket, i seem to remember there were 2 cutouts on each side for bottles and in front and on a lower level were cutouts for tumblers. On the front body of the case (below the lid) was an engraved placard that read "Panabar"
