    Call Terry West in L.A. He completely modified mine for less than that. That's for the sled. Then call Robert Luna. also in L.A. He will take carer of your gimbal and arm servicing. My Master was the same way as yours sound to be when I first bought it. Now the thing is bomb proof and amazing. Also, take off the monitor bracket, and get a Cam-Jam monitor yoke. Hope that all helps.

    So I Spoke with Robert Luna. He was very helpful. I’m going to assume you have a master sled. So what you want to do is take a little SHARP pointed knife. And pop off the caps on the side of the gimbal. They came off and go back on surprisingly easy. Inside you’ll see a flat head screw in each each side. Put your sled on the balance pin with weigh and balance it to the side would normally balance to. I did static, as well as dynamic. As much as I could with it out of balance anyway. Then spin it ninety degrees. If it’s out of balance, it will list to one side. I.e. front to back. You want to turn the opposing screw to “walk you sled towards that side on the gimbal that it’s falling away from. Do the same amount to the opposite side in reverse. It helped me to kind of lift the sled from the bottom when doing this. To get some weight off the gimbal. The screws are tight. Do it it SMALL increments. Then rebalance the sled at that point. And continue from there. You are essentially walking the sled to the appropriate spot on the gimbal. Be patient and take your time. I got mine dead centered. Hope that helps. Good luck!

    Hi All, So I just had my gimbal serviced. When I got it back, I went to balance it, and it is very out of balance, I can static balance it fine. But when spun 180 degrees, it tilts back quite severely. I chased it around for about an hour (rebalancing to where it would land). Same thing every time. Does anyone know how I can balance this myself? Please say it's easy. Any help, and the sooner the better, would be GREATLY appreciated, as I obviously need this for work. Thank you in advance.

    I am currently starting a show with the DXL2. I have a Master Series, and am having trouble lining up the camera plate to the body. The only way I was able to mount it was with the bridge plate (pic bellow). While the sled flies well, it would be GREAT to be able to ditch the BP and go right to the camera. As it's making my sled quite long. Any advice as too where I could get a camera plate that would fit a Master (obviously different than the original plate) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Advice please. I suspect my Pro gimbal might be out of center... It balances fine, as well as drop test well dynamically. But when I pan it, and hold position. It lists to one side by about five degrees. Is a Pro gimbal serviceable (as far as this goes)? And if so, does anyone here know how to do it? I've looked for this info elsewhere, but couldn't find any. Thanks ahead of time for any advice. p.s. It seems to go high on the left side, if that helps with nailing down the answer.

    Master Arm and Vest for sale. $8,000. The arm was serviced at Tiffen in February of 2016. Always taken care of, always bagged. This is a heavy lift arm. I have flown larger builds with no issues at all. The arm is amazingly sooth, and very easy to tune. I'm only selling it as I have purchased a new arm. The Master Vest is also well taken care of, and in great condition. very comfortable, and easily adjustable. The one bottom knob on the socket block is mising one side of the wing nut (photo attached). But it doesn't effect performance at all. Again, I am only selling it as I have bought a new vest. Both come in the case shown in the photos. This is a great setup, and has done me well on several features and television shows. I hope it goes to a good home. $8,000. for both with case.     Thank you for the reply. I am currently flying a master series, although I've had it heavily modified. It is my first Sled, and plan to keep it for a bit.     I searched and searched but could find anything regarding this. I just received my 703HB monitor. I am mounting it to a cam-jam Quattro arm and yoke. Now the diagram for mounting shows TWO ways to do it. One for onboard battery. And one for no battery. I have always run cables and powered my monitor of the sled. Can someone please give me any insight as to why I should run a battery on my monitor? I know a lot of guys do it. Any advice on this would be much appreciated. Thanks.
