  1. Bought mine last month to use on a feature. Motor died after 3 days so I sent it back to DJI for refund. They declined my refund because the hand unit had a scratch on the back of it. I disputed with customer service and they said they would re-evaluate and get back to me. Instead of getting back to me they decided to just send me the broken unit back. Infuriating customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
