  1. Hi there, I am in India and I need to purchase Steadicam aero 15 cable for monitor part number 825-7510 assy cable. Is there any way I can purchase it here or can someone one help me with getting in touch with Steadicam team. All my email gets undelivered to any email address that ends with @tiffen.com it seems some one in Steadicam needs to add my address in their contact. Please help me. I am not able to find that cable in Mumbai India. My contact details are +919768661313 and nsingh13@outlook.com or navdeep.nick@gmail.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Thanks a lot. Adding more weight at top helped me. I wanted to know how can I purchase a cable that came with my Steadicam aero 15. The part number is 825-7510 assy cable. This is the cable that provides power to the monitor from the post. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Hi all, The Steadicam aero 15 comes with a standard 7inch monitor. The user manual does not makes it clear on how to add safety markers to help framing the shot. I am using sony a7sii with hdmi cable. Is there any way to add the safety markers on the monitor.
  4. Hi need help with the swaying issue. I don't know if it's an issue or its just normal I am new to Steadicam and this is my first Steadicam. I tried sony alpha 7sii and also with 5d mark 3 and 4. After performing static and dynamic balance the sled is swaying slightly. I have also tried different drop time from 1 sec to 3 secs its the same for every change that I make. Its a brand new Steadicam. Also when I wear the vest and arm and perform a walk the swaying shows up. Let me know if I am doing something wrong or is it normal for a little sway.
