and... is there a shop where i can find this converter? or i have to machine it by myself?

Hi, i've read a topic about the glidecam v25 this: http://www.steadicamforum.com/index.php?showtopic=6236 in the second post Mike Marriage said about the arm: "It doesn't use a standard socket block and although V25 arrangement works fine, it does prevent you from swapping the vest or arm. You can buy a socket block converter to solve this." i've though this too, has somebody already done it? is it difficult to do? thank you everybody and thanks to this great forum!
