Hi, I just bought a secondhand Segway from England because the local Segway distributor they don’t import this model. Right now, my X2 have been stuck at Customs for many days. They ask me to show the accurate frequency or they won’t let me receive my X2. I have tried to contact their technical support they don’t reply my email. Also, the custom service can’t get the information because the manufacturer don’t let them know. Does anyone happen to know how to get an official provement of the infokey’s accurate frequency?
