Thanks for the answers. I think next time in low mode, I will work without cables. If they don´t wanna work in this way: regular mode. Best to all, Gus.

Hi Richard yes, this is my classical discusion with the video HD operators here. All cameras rental companies have cables made all togheter (audio & video) and covered. I have my thin cables set for audio & video, but always they are complaining against my cables. Anyway, they use the remote -and I don´t have remote cable- and the remote cable that they use is inside in the covered cables (with 2x BNC, and 3x Audio cables) I have not a lot of chances, and I have learned to use the steadicam with cables, but Low Mode is a nightmare...

Hi all, I usually work with video cameras, and always I have to deal with cables. After years, I feel more comfortable using the cables in this way: I use 90 degrees BNC adaptor in the camera, pass the BNC and audio cables under the camera, do a big loop and after going to my shoulder, under the vest. That´s in regular mode. In Low mode, I couldn´t find a comfortable way, and the cables are always pushing the camera. I´d wanna know how you are you using the cables in Low mode. Best to all, Gus

I´m using the Archos 604, but without downconverter 12V to 5V. The Archo´s batterie after 1 year is ok and I can use it 1 day without charge. Remember to buy the ¨DVR travel Adaptor¨ without this accesorie you can´t get video signal from the sled. http://www.archos.com/products/video/archo...bal&lang=en best to all, Gus.

Nice video!!! here more info: This is the video for Rjd2's "Work It Out" from 'The Third Hand' (XL Recordings). The vid features Bill Shannon who was born with a degenerative hip condition. His legs cannot carry his own weight and so he has lived a life on crutches. He has developed a new way of moving through life on his skateboard and the crutches. Though this may look like a recreational hobby or a debilitation, it is simply how Bill maneuvers throughout the day. In time to Rjd2's song "Work It Out" we follow Bill as he makes his way around. At the slow start, Bill is descending the courthouse steps in downtown Brooklyn. It's difficult, but he makes it down and the rest you'll just have to watch to understand. Rjd2 plays several extras which you can try to spot as well. The video, directed by Joey Garfield, is one continuous single shot for the length of the song. For more information on Bill Shannon, please see http://www.virtualprovocateur.com/ For more on Rjd2, please see http://www.Rjd2site.com

Hi All Yesterday I was working on a videoclip with some friends and the videoclip was filmed as a single steadicam shot. The playback was a problem because they didn´t have budget to rent a good playback equipment and we decided to use the playback on the steadicam.(The shot satarted with the singer on a point and after walking 150ft arrive where the band was playing) We used an Ipod conected with a microphone wireless transmiter (and an assistant walking near to me with it). We put the receptor of the microphone conected to the camera, and from the audio out of the camera to a 12V computer speaker powered from the sled... Was funny and a smart solution, I think... Next week I´ll try upload the videoclip on youtube. best to all, Gus.
