  1. Thanks for the suggestion. Does this particular one remain on the channel it was set to after being powered off and back on? Just to be clear, if I set it to channel 34 will it stay on channel 34 after I turn it off and back on? I know there are one or two out there that do that. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  2. Hey guys, My portable TV I give the producer is beginning to fall apart. I'm also sick of always having to explain how to reset to the right channel if they turn it off and back on. Any ideas for which portable TV is the best for mobile field production to work in conjunction with my Modulus? Thanks in advance...
  3. Hey guys, I shoot Beta SP (not on a steadicam). Since out of town producers have to trust us local freelancers, I thought it would be nice to get a modulus so they could see what I was shooting. Well now that I dropped the 2 grand for the unit. My playback tests show ghosting on my image when it is attached to the camera (or the back of the battery, etc.) Am I just screwed or is there a way to get rid of this ghosting so that I can actually use what I just blew a wad on? Or is it just not going to play well with a video camera? I assume it's a shielding issue of some sort but I'm no engineer. Think there is anyway to make it work? Tech Specs: Camera - Sony DXCD35WSL w/ PVV3 Beta SP Back 2 Lectrosonics 211's Modulus 3000 w/ timecode Thanks in advance
  4. Thanks for the help, I'll definately be checking them out.
  5. Hi guys, I'm searching for which models of handheld TV's work best with the Modulus 3000. My application is for a producer in the field and also for my soundguy so he can keep in close with the mic. The old handheld I have which has the little bar that scans the UHF channels just doesnt focus in on the transmission from my Modulus very well. I remember seeing a posting somewhere that gave specific model numbers but can't remember where I saw it. Hope you might be able to help. Thanks in advance...
  6. I was researching different transmitters and came across this string. Can anybody tell me anymore information about what Brado said in regards to a new version coming out? I'm getting ready to buy, but am wondering if I should now wait. ;) Thanks
