I sent in my arm and sled for some maintenance and I have been trying to get into contact with someone over there... I know that Micheal Craigs is at NAB, and all I get from their operators is the running around connecting me to the wrong people and then getting sent back. Does anyone know anyone that I can get into contact with over and find out the status of the my gear??

I just thought of this if not sure if it would work though what about IDX Steadicam Power Cubes with a hot swap adapter on the sled rather then the camera? Light batteries, and if you have a steadicam sled you can put up to 4 batts on it Would this work?

So I finally wired my monitors and made some handles for them check it out... With the IDX battery on there the monitor will last about 5 hours then the internal battery will last another 1.5 hours...
