I'm a grip building an Atv rig, and was wondering... should the hard mount gear be included with my package... or would the mounting the steadicam be the camera dept. responsability? Where does grip end and camera begin? (ie. the mitchell plate or speed rail)

I'm building a ATV rig and was wondering...Would a garfield mount be expected with this (grip) rig, or would it fall on camera dept/steadi op. to have or provide this?
