  1. £5500.00 ($8293.00) plus shipping to your location. London based at present. Fully rebuilt and checked by Optical Support of London after one spring snapped in the upper section. This section now has a replacement second-hand spring, and all the cables and pulleys have been replaced with undamaged second-hand parts. The elbows have been inspected and there are no cracks. The socket block is new from Tiffen and made of steel. Includes two spiral arm posts- standard length and twelve inch. Diameter is .510 inches. Please check this is right for your gimbal handle. I'm selling as I have now got a Pro-arm. Max rated load 63lbs (68ilbs detuned). Min approx: 40lbs. Also comes with spare upper arm bone. Inspection encouraged prior to purchase- if possible. Ideal as a back-up or for someone starting out. This arm has really been looked after and serviced regularly in the UK. All removable joints and bearings striped out and replaced approximately 3 years ago by Brian Bees of Moys UK. Please email me on joe@joebullensteadicam.com should you have any queries. Thanks for looking.
  2. Dear Forum, I'm selling my master series arm as I'm upgrading to a pro. It's been exceptionally well looked after and has two new top arm bones. The rest of the arm has been re- anodised and fully serviced by Brian Bees of Moys Engineering UK. All bearings were replaced as well. Flys beautifully, and the adjusters are really easy on the fingers! Foamed Peli gun case included, also used. Max load flown 70lb for 3D set-up. Arm was more than comfortable. The arm was purchased second-hand from an operator in Greece, who many of us may know through the forum or the Facebook group: Stefanos K. Between the two of us- this arm has been very well looked after and maintained. £5000.00 plus shipping to your location. Paypal preferred. Please email or call should you have any queries: joe@joebullensteadicam.com, or call on the number below. Photos on request, as the forum does not accept any of reasonable quality. Thank-you for looking, and I wish you all a great Holiday,
  3. Dear All, Posting on this thread roughly six months after the last comment. Please accept my apologies if this has been answered elsewhere on the site but, what is the current thinking about the best baseplate for the Alexa at the start of 2014? In the market for one and wondered what people now thought was the best? Kind Regards, Joe Bullen joebullensteadicam.com
  4. As above. Please email joe@joebullensteadicam.com in the first instance. Thanks for looking.

  13. We've all been there; getting to a shoot and there is no way to record sound without 2 XLR's going into the camera. Rather than use XLR's that are too stiff, I came across these two, (one with brown boots and one with red to help distinguish channels visually). They are made from very soft Canford cable, and so exert a relavively small amount of twist on the gimbal. You need to get them into a long loop from the back of the camera to your vest shoulder. Not perfect by any means; but can work out OK if you are stuck. Red length 127cm and brown 141cm. £40.00 the pair plus shipping to anywhare in the world Please email joe@joebullensteadicam in the first instance or call +44 (0) 7791212263. Thanks for looking.
  14. This has served me well over the years; a handy 'get out of jail card' if my rig or my video assist required power from V locks. Having a major reorganisation now so this no longer required. A bit scratched on the V-lock side but perfectly functional. A life, (shoot) saver! £50.00 plus shipping to anywhere in the world, (approx £180.00 without XLR when new). Please email joe@joebullensteadicam.com or call +44 (0) 7791212263 in the first instance. Thanks for looking
