This is a complete kit ready to go onto any production,
It includes a single channel controller, wireless Microforce and any cables you will need plus spares.
The hand unit was modified by Panavision technicians for aerial work on Mission Impossible Fallout and Mulan and has an extra aerial meaning it now has a range of up to 1 kilometer.
Kit is currently in New Zealand but international shipping can be arranged.Due to restrictions on shipping batteries the kit will come without any batteries but the charger is included. The kit is housed in 2 x Pelican Storm 2300 cases, one laser cut for the essentials and the other for back up items.Price indication $29000-$27000, all offers considered.ryanspearman@orcon.net.nzMain Components:1 x HU31 x g4 MDR21 x Focus/Iris Single channel Handest1 x Digital Microforce1 x Radio microforce module.1 x DM1X Motor1 x DM2 Motors.1 x Heden M26VECables:RS Run x2RS "Y" Cable (power and run)Epic Run11 pin Fischer runRed One runPV Genesis run x2PV 12 voltPV 24 voltD Tap PowerRS Power (Arri 3 pin)24v 3 pin xlr12v 4 pin xlrMini EXT to RS converterCinetape Interface cable.Motor x 4Extension command cableRS Microforce Y cable (for stand alone zoom control)DTap Microforce Y cableMisc:Iris handset discsPV Zoom and PV Iris pitch motor gears.Pan handle converter for microforce handset- 1

It's really easy to map your own lenses in prep, might be overkill to be downloading them from elsewhere.
Plus every serial number could be just that slight bit different- so best to do it for each job individually. Eventually you'll build up a list so thorough, you might just have every lens

Yeah, had a quick play with creating the lens file on set today. Certainly seems counterintuitive to be using camera based lens info as opposed to lens based info.
Fantastic potential though, I'm sure it will be great in the future.

Thanks Teddy, that's great.
Where did you get the cinetape cable?

Hi guys,
I'm using a wcu4 on an Alexa Xt with Cooke Anamorphic/i lenses.
LDS is working fine and I've got the focus and iris values on the handset but the actual scale with the depth of field isn't showing.
Any ideas? It's pretty frustrating

Has anyone used the Arri meta data on anything other than an Alexa?
I've got it working fine on an Alexa but not the mini or amira.
It's a pretty handy function if you spend most of the day zoomed in
-
I take it all back, just tested the camera with an XT. Everything works great, just as it is supposed to.
Very good upgrade, makes the monitor infinitely more useable. Very good value too
-
I just installed the new debugged firmware, looks like the LUTS are working but not the metadata yet. I'm still getting the "Turn Metadata Off" warning.
I've got to say, I haven't yet tried any of this attached to a camera yet, it may behave different when plugged in. I'll try tomorrow at work and get back to you.
Also, when I scrolled the zoom function it zoomed in, but not back out again. Even after doing a system default the zoom wouldn't reset itself. I had to reinstall the firmware to reset the zoom. MAJOR BUG. I'll be rolling back if this is actually true, I use the zoom all the time and if it's broken I can't really use the monitor.
Feels to me TVLogic is severly lacking in the software testing department.

Has anyone managed to download this firmware?
I filled out the RMA form about 4 days ago but haven't heard a thing.
Would be great if they just posted the firmware online somewhere.
Starting to feel like customer support isn't tvlogics strong suit...

What is the language on that link?
Which is the correct file? I'm assuming it's on the dropbox link- there are 2 files, a .rbf and a .hex.
Which is the upgrade file?

Wow, great info. How did you find this? I thought I was good at internet trawling, but obviously now

Can't wait for any of those bits. Won't be cheap
