  1. Hi. Does someone has a plan for the master elite lower sled internal assembly?
  2. Thanks. I'm gonna see with Regis but i would like to know what could be the problem first. Unfortunately to late to tell to father christmas to repair that....
  3. Hi guys. Do you have another pictures when tethering (with some Hd cameras genesis, f23...). Pictures speak better for me. Adrien
  4. Hi guys. I'm actually using my cineIII but i have a 4'' master green screen too. I didn't use it since a few month ago but i had a problem with. The pictures seems to be "compressed" horizontally so that i have two blacks bars on both sides. At the beginning it stayed a few minutes and then the pictures turn back at normal. But now it seems to persist. Anyone has an idea? Thanks
  5. I like the Eider gore tex products. You can move very easily with their coats but i find it a little bit expensive. Eider products
  6. Always wear my leopard thong :P And when it's too hot... i'm naked B)
  7. Totally agree with you. I don't work in the us and i understand that a lot of you guys are loosing jobs but if we think like that we'll always be alone. I see that a few of you blamed the writers. Maybe they are well paied but what do you think the most fair... that 90% of the benefits go for the producers or that it returns to the "brain" of the projects... the writers. Without writers no projects. I saw another topic where some of you are complaining about the disappearing of camera operator work on some projects (problem is the same here in France). Do you think it is the fault of the dp? I don't think so. Sometimes producers don't want to pay a camera operator if the dp can do it (big mistake). So i know that producers take a lot of risks but i think that today more than before producers are more industrialists (not all of them of course). I summarize and things are more complicated but i think i'm cloth to the reality... we are forgotten who are at the origin of every projects. So i hope for all of you that they gona find a solution but i hope too that writers will have what they want. Adrien "sorry for the syntax errors" Radici
  8. Nice. What about the weight of your monitor? Do you think to put some digital level or frameline on?
  9. Sorry... i just discover an old topic about it that i haven't seen before. Maybe there is more feedback on it now and new happy (unhappy) owner...
  10. Hi guys. Does anybody here uses the c-motion device. What do you think about it. Really expensive but looks nice...
  11. Hi Bob. Cinema is a langage with his grammar and his vocabulary. Even if some great steadicam operators are doing amazing very slow shots, you can replace a dolly/jib with a steadicam. Maybe you have to do some compromises. If you think the house might be tight for a dolly (take some measurements with your dolly grip) so call a steadicam op but don't expect to have exactly the same shots. I think that if it's about people and emotions, you gona use long lenses with very slow dolly push. same shot with a steadicam doesn't mean the same thing. A lot of people think that they could work faster with the steadicam but i think it's a big mistake (exept for some situations). You have to think about what is the best for the movie and make compromises. More and more often young directors telling me to do some dolly shots. Sometimes i explain that it is not possible, sometimes i do it. If you choose to use steadicam you have to discuss with the operator what is possible and what is not. regard
  12. Hi guys Someone told me on a forum that in "point break" the bodycam was used for the famous chase scene. I don't want to say something stupid but i thought that the pogocam was used too. I am wrong?
  13. Hi guys. A few pictures from a western feature set. If someone recognizes the operator... Adrien "still a child" Radici
  14. OK. Next time i'll try to do that. Thanks for the advice.
  15. Hi guys. I had a problem with a 435 and my master elite. I used my 24v converter to power the 435 but when we tryed to run it the camera stopped immediatly. So i shot with a 24v battery (it was a very little shot) because we didn't have the time to check that. Of course we shot at 25fps so i thought i didn't have to use my lentequip converter (dual batterie) to power the camera even if there was the wireless focus and the video transmitter too. Am i wrong?
