  3. Hi Victor Not a big deal, there is double stick tape inside the battery compartment and it has dried out allowing the cell assembly to move inside the case. It is a simple fix. If it is still under warranty just return it to Anton Bauer. John
  4. Thanks for the support Tim! I handed out a few hundred dollars worth of coupons today, great meeting everyone. (boy do my feet hurt, the halls are huge, my first time) Hope to meet more folks tomorrow (Wednesday) John

  6. I will be at NAB, If you see me ask for a Discount coupon. ($25.00 value) I will be just wondering around. Say hello. Regards John Ritter Ritter Battery Co.
  7. Same case used for both. some cells are left out (blank hole) in the 90 watt model. The 150 has all the slots filled.
  8. I have an interesting question.... I have not had the opportunity to test out any of the new Switronix or Pag batteries that will charge on an Anton Bauer charger. I would like to know what is displayed on the LCD screen when one of those batteries are put on an Anton Bauer charger. I.E. Dionic 90 will display as Dionic 90, HC will display as Dionic HC, etc. etc. What does it show for Switronix batteries or Pag models? Obviously a non LCD charger will only go with the red & green LED's I am interested in the display out put on a model 2702 quad or a 2722 dual charger. Regards John Ritter
  9. NAB 2016 : $100.00 discount on SMART Pass or Conference Flex Pass https://www.magnetmail.net/actions/email_web_version.cfm?recipient_id=2527556594&message_id=12222012&user_id=NAB_&group_id=2850983&jobid=32566116 Only good for one day...Today
  10. YES, you are correct we did have a flaw with our cell pack moving inside the HC & HCX case due to foam compression over time and from heat. This was an unexpected result that came up. The foam spacer cushion we were using would tend to compress allowing the cells assembly to shift/move freely inside the case We have now switched to a double stick foam tape to resolve this issue. I will do a free warranty repair on any of them that are in this condition. Regards John Ritter Ritter Battery C0. www.ritterbattery.com
  11. Hi Ron I assumed that you are looking for feedback from other users, I only posted the chart for general information on the charger spec. I do not know who else is using any of the newer Performance or LP model chargers at this time. Hopefully some other folks will chime in???? Regards John
  12. All the batteries are sold. Thank you! Check with me I may have more available in a week or 2. Regards John Ritter www.ritterbattery.com
  13. If your 2701 Quad charger has Firmware version 5.8 it should recognize the battery. You may also have corrupted firmware within the battery pack. If it is still within the warranty period you will have to return it to Anton Bauer for a firmware reset. This is a common problem (corrupted firmware )with the HC & HCX series battery packs. I have to trash a lot of them for this reason. Regards John
