  1. Hi there! Fairly new to steadicam, I have a zephyr rig and the arm post I was given was around 4 inches / 2.54 cm. I'm 4'11" or 149cm and most of the projects I have been on the subjects have been at 5'6" at the shortest. For the most part, I was just lifting my rig and barely putting weight on my arm in order to get to their eye level which makes the arm sort of useless. I was told by a friend that I should get longer arm posts and have found only one website on it so far but I could be missing something. Any tips on where I should start looking ? What's a good range of sizes for someone my stature? How I should go about traveling with several of these on me? I use a large pelican for the arm, vest, and dock while the sled I carry by itself. Thanks guys!

  5. Hi, I own a G-70. I've worked a lot with Titan. I usually fly typical Alexa setup on my Ultra2. When operating with Titan arms, my arm post can rotate totally freely if I unscrew the locker. Whereas, with G-70, it looks like I can't get it as smooth and free. My G70 forearm always want to go in the same line as the handle. To do so, it litteraly pulls the armpost away from my body (hope my english is good enough so that you guys can get what I mean ;-) Besides, with the G-70x, this doesn't seem so accurate, and it feels way better than the G-70. I love to work with a totally free post, the sled feels way easier to move around, with a light pull in I can see my monitor,... As any of you ever noticed this move in the Tiffen arms? Is there a way to avoid this?
  6. Looking for arm post adapter. 3a arm to archer gimbal 5/8 inch to 1/2 inch anybody make them?
  7. hi i need 10 or 12''arm posts for my arm g-50x. anybody has? appreciate it
  8. I have two arm posts that will work on Ultra Arms & G70 arms. It's got the helical groove that works with the Ultra arm quick release feature... but this will not prevent it from working on G70 arms. I use them on G70 arms with no issues. These are in great condition. Tiffen sells 12" arms posts for $190 each, I'll take $95 each plus shipping.
