  1. New Exovest owners. There's a change to the pad system on the vest to deal with the problems of working with memory foam in sub-zero conditions, and we think summer performance has been improved as well. If your pads look like the ones below, with the grey 3-D spacer mesh on the inside, here's some info that hasn't hit the user manual yet. The configuration with the blue memory foam on the inside is for summer. Pull all the layers out, and reverse the whole sandwich for winter. The white foam stays always in the middle (though please feel free to experiment). Please note that this is a rolling change, not part of an upgrade package. The older pads are just fine—I still have them—but these new ones are available from Steadicam if you think you need them.
