Includes regular G70 arm post, arm tool, 1/4" Allen key, and an arm-post adaptor for the 3A gimbal. Also has rain covers. Serviced by Optical support just before Christmas 2016. No maintenance required - simply got cleaned. Looked after like my first-born with only a couple of cosmetic blemishes. Purchased directly from Tiffen UK end of 2013. Hi all, I bought a brand new Titan Arm last summer. After 10 weeks shooting in Morocco, it needed to be cleaned up. When I built it back after cleaning, and screwed each canister in his bone, I've seen some trouble with 2 of them. On both higher and lower section of the arm, the upper canisters are jiggling. Before that, they always had been stucked in place, no jiggling. Of course I've tried different canister in different arm section. It's always the upper canister that is moving. I can't find a way to fix this. Any idea's welcome! Thanks!

G-70 for sale. In a very good shape. Went on a little trip to Steadicam London last winter. Hi, I own a G-70. I've worked a lot with Titan. I usually fly typical Alexa setup on my Ultra2. When operating with Titan arms, my arm post can rotate totally freely if I unscrew the locker. Whereas, with G-70, it looks like I can't get it as smooth and free. My G70 forearm always want to go in the same line as the handle. To do so, it litteraly pulls the armpost away from my body (hope my english is good enough so that you guys can get what I mean ;-) Besides, with the G-70x, this doesn't seem so accurate, and it feels way better than the G-70. I love to work with a totally free post, the sled feels way easier to move around, with a light pull in I can see my monitor,... As any of you ever noticed this move in the Tiffen arms? Is there a way to avoid this?

Well, the time has come to part ways with my love! I'm selling off all my steadicam kit. I've throughly enjoyed myself but work has me in a different direction and it's pointless having all this kit sitting in boxes. I'm selling my Glidecam GOLD 2inch post sled, arm and vest along with all the other bits I have kicking around. Also selling my Bartech system in a seperate ad. I did mostly live tv work and commercials, this rig has been a killer system, I'll miss her. I currently have a working sled from CAME-TV. I've been wanting to upgrade to the full Zephyr but just can't afford the entire rig so I'm thinking of just buying the arm and vest for now and upgrade in the future. Offers and advice are welcome!

I am selling my backup arm. It is an EFP red spring arm in very nice condition. This arm has a lift capacity of 16-40 pounds. Here is the list of maintenance that has been done to it: - The arm covers have had a couple small dents straightened and they have been powder coated. - The rubber bumpers on the center joint are brand new. - The screws that hold the arm covers and bearing pins have all been replaced with black oxide coated stainless steel screws for low maintenance. - The tension screws have been replaced and the new ones are slightly longer than stock so the arm can be tuned a little lower than the stock configuration and it is easier to disassemble the arm for cleaning. - The spring stops have been upgraded to 4-40 set screws (The originals were the older style dowel pins that were very hard to remove if you wanted to clean the arm) Asking $4,300

Hey everyone! A little piece of info that maybe some other up and comers like myself should know... I'm sure it's floating around deep in the forum somewhere Tiffen arms have some play (about a full 1/2 inch) in the pro socket blocks to the point where you can not use them with your Pro Vest unless you have a Tiffen socket block. O'Shea and I stumbled upon this little discovery yesterday. Could have been a disaster discovering this on a job... Does anybody know why this is? Very interesting. And is there any way to keep the Pro socket block on the Pro vest and use a Tiffen arm? Hope everyone is doing well! Cheers

Hey folks I'd love your opinions on the pros and cons of the Pro Titan Arm versus the Tiffen G-70x. I am about to purchase my first arm, its a big investment so I'd like to make use of the knowledge within this forum. I have tried both arms but not to the extent where I could make a decision. Hey fellow ops, im planing to buy Gpi pro Titan arm with 4 canisters after selling my G50.I want to fly from small cameras like dslr to heavy cameras like alexa with all accessoires. Which 4 canisters do you advice to buy 4 blues? or 2 blue 2 blacks. I just can afford for 4 canisters not more. i know having them all is a great idea since they sell it for higher price if i decide to buy them seperately later on,and i also saw the weight chart on their website. just want to take some advice from fellow operators who use the arm, and are experienced. It was purchased by me from B&H at the end of June of 2014, and I can count on two hands the number of times it has been used. Red Spring Arm. Fully serviced in July 2013 by Brain Busby (Bees). New bearings, cables and screws. Excellent mechanical condition. Cosmetically there are dents in the arm casings and wearing on the edges in line with the arm's age. £2200. I am open to offers & part exchange. cheers.

Im noticing after a show in the desert, my arm could use a little tlc. I was planning to order some acf-50 for a few parts that are looking a little rusty, and take the shields off and wipe everything down with a paintbrush. Is there anything else you would recommend doing to upkeep the arm? I imagine some of the bearings could use some grease, but I'm not sure which ones and what type to use (white lithium?) Thanks
