  4. I have had this video sitting around for about ten years. It was given to me by a friend when I first became interested in steadicam. It seemed about time to get it out for all to see. Im not sure who originated the video, but no one else has ever posted it. The video is of Ted at Victor Duncan Camera house, doing a demo on the setup, balance, and basic operating of his Model 2 sled. I'm guessing mid 80's but someone might know better. Enjoy. https://youtu.be/TFDFcFPC28I Dale Vance, Jr.

  6. Hi all, The BBC have given me permission to share the following video online, which was shot by notable nature cameraman Richard TaylorJones for BBC Springwatch Extra last year, which was broadcast last summer. I had been doing PSC stuff for the programme as well as some TriCaster work on the Red Button show, but had been given some Steadicam shots to do after a few of the other crew told a producer who I was! (It helped that I'd taught a couple of them on the National Film & TV School Steadicam course the previous year...!) So I was just practicing with the camera setup they wanted in the production village when this happened... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/pOTC0rkQi_0?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Direct link: http://youtu.be/pOTC0rkQi_0?t=53s Hope I got everything right - I was put rather on the spot!!
