I just have to give a brief description of my very good experience with the customer service at TIFFEN. I brought my sled in 2 days ago with some top stage issues. I picked it up today(!) and it is as good as new. Kyle and ALDO did a great job in terms of repair and timely turn around. As it turns out the mounting point/sleeve between the top stage and the post got loose (aircraft glue). Aldo fixt it and made it stronger than originally build....
