Does anyone have a picture of the Chapman Steadicam Walk Off Platform that attaches to the front of the Hustler or Hybrid Dollie’s? I’ve used them before (never took a pic), and now I’m trying to show someone a pic and can’t find one anywhere! 
 

Chapman Leonard website lists it as an item, but offers no image. Not important, so no rush, but if you come across one, I’d take it gladly.

anyone got suggestions for a vertical vibration isolator for a remote head, speficially for dolly?

I run a MoSys L40 with a Venice so total payload is over 60lbs

I know I can go black arm but it's so long and I'm more interested in something like this ProAim but with Mitchell on both ends

I wonder  who has used the Optical Support "Jackall"- Rickshaw so far?

I am currently looking into purchasing gear for hard mounting (such as the WK vehicle mount).

I was also going to purchase something along the lines of a Miller Titan Body Belt w/ D-Ring for operating on vehicles where I can hook in for safety (of course).

Would anyone have recommendations on a tethering cable? I have some ideas but would first seek some other ops opinions.

After being asked how fast, low and crazy I could go with my steadicam mounted to various vehicles, I decided to engineer something that was a little more purpose built. Basically the idea was to use existing vehicle mounts and existing steadicam arm technology but put the camera on something that wasn't quite as at the mercy of inertia. I used the first prototype on a chase sequence I did for 'All About the Benjamins'. I then modified it and used the second version on '2 Fast 2 Furious' and 'Transporter 2' and have been using that version until now. It always worked pretty well but definitely looked a bit (home made) and lacked adjustability.

After getting feed back from several other steadicam operators, along with my own experiences, I spent some time and money at a machine shop and came up with my HyperCam3 (HC3).

The HC3 can go into proper low mode and can change dampeners for heavier and lighter cameras. It also has a more modular design and more built in safety features.

I'm charging $1500 per unit for the first run of 10. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions. I think I have 4 of the first 10 already spoken for.

I have a few pictures of the HC3 prototype. They first run will have a few slight design modifications but will look essentially like this.

As some of you know, I work a bunch of conventional camera on broadcast sports...

In recent years, it seems the machining tolerances of the Vinten Pan Heads [which are the typical pan head brand found on the broadcast mobile units] do not always match the tolerances of the various tripods on these broadcast truck.

Some camera guys resort to taking a hammer and a screwdriver to attempt to get the Mitchell "Castle" nut tighter. While that works, I have seen some get of those Nuts get their fins broken off...
So I can see why this tool could be useful.

Anyone ever use one?

and does anyone else make them?
