	Quick heads up, the new version of the Volt nose box is coming soon, I will be getting one as part of a used Volt system.

<p>
	Unfortunately the new nose box does not come with the screw threads on the front and rear, so if you are using 3rd party monitor mounts like camjam they will not fit, odd decision to leave them of the new model.

<p>
	Hello there,
</p>

<p>
	When I attended the SOC conference near Philly last year, there was a gentleman present named Nabir Barr(NB stabilizers) who's company fabricates steadicam systems and accessories and sells them.
</p>

<p>
	One of those products is the "Rockabye" which is an auto-horizon apparatus that attaches to the topstage and keeps the horizon line constant without affecting the tilt of the camera.
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone used this system before, and if so, what were your thoughts in comparison to other more known single operator systems like the volt or wave?
</p>

<p>
	Hello all,
</p>

<p>
	Does anyone have any news on whether a 2" post compatible Volt is anywhere in our future.  The last time I spoke with MK-V, they were working on it, but that was late 2019.  I'm not crazy about giving up my 2" XCS post to gain a Volt, but not crazy about the height of the Wave either.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks, Mark

	In a rush I purchased some 26V batteries by mistake, not thinking.
</p>

<p>
	I’m on set and couldn’t figure out why I was getting power to my M2 top stage but it wasn’t passing that power to the Volt on the gimbal, it also wouldn’t pass power to the D-Tap ports. I’ve tried switching to 24v on the bottom but no dice.
</p>

<p>
	I can’t return these batteries. Is there any way to get this to work with the volt? Is there adapter plates I don’t know of? I assume I’m shit out of luck but figured I’d ask.

<p>
	I have a GPI Pro Sled upgraded to HDSDI with a DBI. I sent it to Tiffen to install the Volt and they are having a hard time figuring out how to mount the Volt brains. Has anyone run into this issue and had a solution?

<p>
	I have the mounting bracket for an MDR for the DBI that I just sent over to them, but from what I hear that might not be the most secure option.
