I had another cable-maker totally bone me on repairing a cable this week. Said cable was supposed to be delivered in plenty of time before I left today; instead it was sent 2nd day on Thursday which made it scheduled to arrive at my house on Monday (no good to me at that point)! Finding this out today while on a layover between planes, I called up Terry and asked if he could whip the cable up and take it to the post office, which was the only way to get it to the location on time. He jumped to it, and not even an hour later he called to say it was en route. That's service, on a weekend no less.
