We are also agents for a number of wonderful products, inc the Handsfree Transporters. Yes I was very aware, that sometimes in the past, we were not able to quite live up to some people’s expectations. And I wanted this changed. Obviously “it is not possible to please all the people all the time”, but I saw room for improvement. This is why I spent a lot of time and a lot of money to totally re structure the whole MK-V Group. This is why I closed ‘Systems’ and ‘Hire’ down in the UK, as they were inefficient companies, and opened 3 other MK-V Group companies around the world. We now have MK-V Europe based in New offices at the Pie factory in Manchester UK We have MK-V USA based in New offices between New York and Boston, in Hartford CT. We have MK-V ASIA based in Hong Kong And now we have MK-V Australia. (All details on the website www.mk-v.com) This Group of companies now can deal with requests and sales quickly and in the correct time zone and language. We also hold a much larger stock of items now and we can in most cases ship in a couple of days of order. (Specials take a little longer) The New V3+ Nexus and V2 Genesis sleds continue to be the systems of choice for most professional operators. Also the groundbreaking MK-V Revolution Systems.
