I started a thread about the eurovision there--> http://www.steadicamforum.com/index.php?showtopic=11989&st=0 but if I may answer, on the show were two operators, Tim Tønnessen and Tom Moen both are working with an efp model, but I'd also be interested about who did focus? Did you have assistants or pulled by yourselves? by the way it was a great show, especially the steadicam and the crane shots (those were really amazing!) and I'm glad for the winner germany ;-) all the best, fabian

Louis We used Steadicam EFP. The camera was Sony P1, and a special designed plate connected the camera to LINK L1500 from VISLINK Follow focus was a Chrosziel DigiFox (a fantastic unit for television) and is controlled by a person sitting next to the stage watching the shots on a monitor. I will try to answer any questions, so just ask And yes it was me waving at the 2D-wirecam at the end of semifinal2 TIM
Premium Members Bo Baraniak Posted May 31, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 31, 2010 Tim, Just want to pass on my compliments to a great job. I believe you have done Eurovision for a number of years now and yet you still manage to pull something original out of the bag. Well done! Premium Members Jason Torbitt Posted June 1, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 1, 2010 Me also - great work by both of you - it looked stunning. Some of the moves were so incredibly quick and precise. Some top-class operating, which looked fantastic. Brilliant!

Tim Tønnessen
I have got a lot of questions about the link that was in use on the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. So I thought that I would post a pic of it... Here it is I also got many questions about Tally and my Zoom. You can see them both in the same picture TIM
