Hello,

i wonder what solutions do you guys have for broadcast cameras or any other camera with quick release plates... I did one show and had 2/3 SD broadcast camera with wireless system weighting over 10 kgs and the camera itself just has a pretty big shake from the baseplate,

how do fix such camera to a stabilizer avoiding such shake?

I use a quick release plate from Thompson. It is not light, but it has a solid lock in the back that is adjustable. My FF mounts to dovetail plate so I like this solution as I can easily turn the camera back to HH if needed.

The Thompson plate is good! Would have got one myself had it not been nearly 4x the price of the sony.
