Eric Schmiedl
After working as an operator and DP back in Boston, I realized it was either move now or get stuck there forever. So I pulled the trigger, split the cost of a 16' truck with a friend, and moved down here. I'm already liking the weather, and really liking the amount of work that's flying around! I'm a fairly new operator, still working on a reel and making enough money to buy a rig. While some friends let me use theirs occasionally, they're pretty busy, so I'm always looking for rigs to rent -- specially smaller rigs with wireless follow focus (for 5D & RED). Let me know if you're willing to rent yours!
Premium Members Jess Haas SOC Posted October 10, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 10, 2010 Don't rent a rig but I do have some accessories that I occasionally rent such as a bartech, redbyte downconverter, wireless video, etc. Let me know if you ever need anything. ~Jess

Welcome to the toughest, most competitive market in the U.S. Did you mean to say that you moved down to LA, Louisianna, or out to the left coast and L.A. Los Angeles (which I'm guessing is the toughest market in the country)? Alan Los Angeles
