hdoppler
Hi, does anyone know where to buy a compact wireless dmx controlled onboard light (transmitter, receiver, dimmer-unit) for the use on the rig during multi-camera productions. The unit should be lightweight and work together with onboard halogen tungsten lights with around 50 watts. Also descriptions for DIY (shematic diagram) are welcome. Thank you ! Premium Members RobVanGelder Posted November 28, 2004 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 28, 2004 Wireless as in radio-controlled or perhaps infrared? I´ve seen a lot of those units but for home appliances. That means 220 volts and AC Maybe you can talk to the people from Pro-Gear (Denmark) as they specialise in these onboard lights. Thank you ! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi, my company daftdata ltd over the pond manufactures a range of wireless dmx products, we have a beltpack reciever which works using standard 802.11 wireless ethernet to send the data. If you are after something that could remotely dim a 12v 50w (LV) lamp then i think that a US company citytheatrical might have what you are looking for. If you need any more info please feel free to drop me a line at chris@daftdata.com Regards C
