Does the holding bar, where the monitor can rotate around it's own center, come with the monitor, or is a separate accessory? I couldn't find it on the film-stuff, so I assume it comes with the monitor.

Ariel, I managed ot put an order to Europe. Just ignore the shipping options on the first page, choose your Europe location. And then on the next page you can choose the shipping option to Europe already.
