The contact email form on the website always times out when I try to send a request and the telephone number I found on this forum goes straight to voicemail but no one calls back. Are they still doing business? I'm interested in buying a sled bag but since I'm in Germany I can't just stop by their address and check it out ;). Their website http://www.modular51.com is still up and there are no indications that they are out of business, but then again that's no guaranty either. They always were very slow in replying to costumers in the past, no matter from were, including me... ended up not buying a Vest bag from them because of that. There used to be a second company (rock steadi) that made sled socks (I got mine from them) and there was a legal battle between them which modular won. They are out of business for sure. There was a post a while back about a company making soft cases: http://www.caseworksoft.com Not exactly a sled sock... I don't have any experience with them, but check it out and see what is what. It's too bad that there isn't something similar in Europe somewhere. Even though the bags are cheap compared to other stuff we usually need to buy I don't want to spend money on something that might never get here. The other website in Florida looks interesting but I guess they have to custom make my bag. Maybe I can find a place here where I live who can make them as well. They make all the products for Modular 51. Fikenca's site isn't as detailed in terms of prices and descriptions as on the Modular 51 site, but you can actually just reference what you want from the Modular 51 site and the quote you get is better too!
