Premium Members charlesneufeld Posted May 10, 2005 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 10, 2005 Hey Guys, Seems that we all have a lot of interesting pasttimes... 4x4, Flying, shooting, drinking.. How many bikers do we have here?? I just moved from the prairies out west to Vancouver where the riding is amazing, twisties everywhere! I would only imagine that the riding further south is just as good...if not better. I have dipped into Washington in the Cascade Mtn ranges and it was fantastic. So who rides??? ~C 99 CBR600 F4

Premium Members RonBaldwin Posted May 11, 2005 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 11, 2005 love the bike -- I think Anthony Hardwick out here has one similar. I think we should get some sponsorship, a group together and do Dakar! Ron B

Premium Members charlesneufeld Posted May 14, 2005 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted May 14, 2005 Thats sure is a nice dual-purpose! I was considering one for the dirt out here to keep me occupied when I get bored in traffic... How is the ride with the knobby tires on the pavement? I guess they probably trim down the profile as to give a smoother fide yet have enough grab off-road. ~C
Anthony Hardwick
I've been known to ride... A few of my rides over the years... 1975 (My first bike - I was 10 yrs old): 1985: (I did the frame up resto): 1995:
Anthony Hardwick
And my current ride... 2005 (it's a work in progress): Let's Ride! PS - a side story... I just met Seymour Cassell this past weekend. He was riding and I was riding, and I stopped to chat with him. He was on a sweet vintage Norton. After a bit of biker chit chat, he showed me his '69 Triumph T6R that he bought new in '69. Jack Nicholson borrowed the bike once for a week. Anyway, Seymour just restored the bike to showroom condition, and I think I'm going to buy it from him. The bike is SCHWEET! Too bad he doesn't want to sell me his Norton!
