A vest buckle thats broken is a sort of a problem, as you cant use your vest. So you would expect a word from the guy. Anyway, BETZ to the rescue. Emailed them., got a reply within a few hours, and a new 6 euro buckle on my desk the next day. Thats what i call GREAT service.
