Guest Airpul LLC

And Airpul was been registered both in USA and China. Designed in USA and sales and production in China. So you can consider Airpul is a company from China. No problem. There`s nothing for hide. Thanks for all your kind suggestion.

Dear Airpul/Tom

wait till we see your system... and we will. You got butthurt because of a QUOTE? wait till we give you our opinion.

Airpul has delivered some demo units worldwide especially in North/South America and most of the countries in Europe. Sorry for that we don't supply demo to end users for test. If someone is interested in testing, please let us know your address, we will tell you our distributor's name and you can take a look and discuss about testing with our distributors. It will be much appreciated that if you post the test result here.

The quote is not hurting us, but it is just quote for our distributors not for end users, so it is our colleague Brad's mistake to has quoted to the end user.

Have a good day!

Cool, there sales rep, promised a test unit, now some other air pull bloke emails me to remove the sales price the quoted me before by email. uh???? You quote me this and now its a secret?

Now this again today

Hi Job,

I noted that you contacted with our sales manager Brad Mao, and he promise you send sample to you for testing, however, you paste message of quote from Airpul in this Forum. Your behavior hurts Airpul deeply. How could we trust you and send sample to you for testing?

Tom from Airpul LLC

Dear Tom,

First thing you will need to learn from this community is this. We all know each other and we are a community. We don't like dubble agenda's and we don't like this kind of BS. I ask for a demo and i ask for a price. You gave me that price, so its no secret. You promised me a test/demo unit 2 months ago and now you don't want to send me a demo becose i told people the price you quoted me.

You know what, keep that unit becose it could hurt you if it das not preform the way it should. It could hurt you if i tell what i think of it when it sucks. It can only help you if its a good product, thats a risk yes, but its the only way to convince us that you are a legit company that tells us its a american company but emails from china

Good luck, but i don't deal with people with strange storys

I am out

Hi Job,

We are very sorry for incorrect promise to you for sending free samples, but please be kindly informed that Brad is just a new colleague in marketing department of Airpul, he is not aware of the selling principle of the company at that time, actually Airpul usually ask for 50% deposit before delivering demo units, and we are not allowed to contact and quote directly to the end users, so the discussion for demo units is only between the distributors and sales representative of Airpul.

Now Brad left Airpul, and we feel very sorry for the incorrect information he has already posted in this forum.

Very soon, you guys will know that Airpul is a faithful supplier and the quality is the best in this wireless transmission industry.

Have a nice day.

Most manufactures in our industry are very happy to provide demo units FREE OF CHARGE. No 50% deposits. while we are at it you can send me one to test.

Hi Eric,

The cost of this product is high, and we are not allowed to supply free samples, I am sorry, but everybody in China knows that the cheap one is not good one, and there is no free lunch. If you are really interested and sincere to be airpul's distributor, and we are very happy, but as a start, you should also show your sincerity of cooperation. We need full information of your company as well, because we will choose to cooperate with which company.

Hope you can understand.

Have a nice day!

Define High Cost. It's not uncommon for a manufacture to lend out $50K of equipment to demo. Surely you transmitter isn't $50K. I have no desire to be your distributor, I merely want to evaluate your gear and possible purchase a transmitter/receiver pair.

I think what Airpull is not understanding is that we are not asking to receive a free system to keep. It's just for a period of time, to be evaluated, and then be sent on to the next person.

You should have a couple of units in the US, maybe one on the west coast and one on the east coast, that can be lent to operators as they desire to try it out for a couple of weeks. If they enjoy the system, surely good words will be spoken and orders will be placed.

This is still pretty shady. Your U.S. business address is a 3-bedroom house:

http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/8-Millstream-Dr-Exeter-NH-03833/86835554_zpid/

You haven't mentioned who your distributors are, either. They aren't listed on your site. Who are your distributors in the U.S?

Rita, with this kind of dismissive attitude, you won't get any sympathy from the professionals around here, and you won't get operators jumping through hoops to demo your unit, specially when there are so many excellent options in the market, with companies and people willing to bend over backwards towards their customers.

I was hopping there was something lost in translation and I was trying to be a good samaritan, clearing up a possible misunderstanding, but now it doesn't seem that it was the case. Good luck...

What are you suspecting about? A empty company without any real products and engineers registered company in U.S and made a site, and do all the net advertisement just for cheating people? We are making video about our company and products, will put it here around 20th of this month. I will also let you know the test result of our distributors, even they can post the result here.
