Daniel Gartner
Set up my rig to see THIS Won't show picture, just that line. Is this a sign from the universe to upgrade? Is this fixable? Any experience greatly appreciated.
Premium Members Stefano Ben Posted November 5, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 5, 2013 Hi Daniel! This kind of monitors can works for ages without problems. But owners must to be carefull about them and the electronics inside. Yes I think it can be fixable and could be just a problem of the horizontal sync. Contact Terry West! BTW: Seems like this monitor didn't had the right hugs and looks like it was used as a garden tool! Best, Steve
Premium Members joe mcnally Posted November 6, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 6, 2013 BTW Best not to leave it switched on in that condition as it may burn the screen phosphors. Joe

RobinThwaites
Hi Daniel It is probably fixable but line collapse as bright as that will probably have left a vertical burn mark on the tube. Tubes are pricey but you could probably get a complete used replacement for good money. Robin
