Has anyone ever come across a uniArm before? Check out the attachment - it looks like a modified 3A arm to me.

i saw it offered for sale as an iso-elastic arm. Sounds like 'buzzword bingo' to me.

I could well be (and often am) wrong!

All the best,

Paul

Hi Paul, I have tested it some years ago. It's a copy of a 3A Arm made by SteadicamCenter in Italy. Several Italian operators out there know very well what we are talking about.

As Eric said, it's definitely NOT an iso-elastic arm. We All know (or the history claim) that this term was created by CP at the time when the first iso-elastic arm (the master) was released in the middle of the 90s! So far away from the origin of the 2/3A model.

BTW it's a great starting arm with titanium gold springs and it's have all the merits and "defects" of the original warhorse.

If it's in great shape and you have found it at less of $5.000 USD, go with it!

Best,

Steve
