Hi Guys,

I have some exciting news. Teradek is proud to announce the latest addition to our line of zero delay wireless video transmitters, the Bolt Pro 2000. Priced at $7990, BP 2000 offers up to 2000ft of range, 3G-SDI input + loop and outputs, and support for 1080p60.

Like our current line of Bolt transmitters, BP 2000 has less than 1ms of delay, performs best when line of sight, and has a number of mounting options suitable for just about any camera rig.

There will be limited quantity on hand when it begins shipping on December 16th. The preorder notification page can be found here: http://www.teradek.com/pages/bp2k-sign-up

Let me know if you have any questions!

Mike

Congratulations to Michael and the staff at Teradek on this new product and their awesome support of The Stabilizer Workshops! I'll have one of the new units in-hand as soon as physically possible and will give it a test and review once we put it through some paces.

I know I'll have at least one rig and operator working the CES show so that will be a very good test in that very tough RF environment.

Genlock?

I don't think you guys are talking about the same thing.

Alan mentioned Timecode and Rec Flags in the context of placing a Video Recorder (PIX, Hyperdeck...) on the receiving end and be able to record without having to press a button on it.

A gunlock box would be used to sync the image wit the sound. One is TC coming into the camera (Genlock) the other is TC coming out of the camera (or the lack thereof with the wireless video)
