Yes we received payment yesterday. Many Thanks. I think we are looking at approximately 2- 3 weeks. We are expecting the first two to come off the machines next week for final testing. Then a further week for production and 3 days for anodizing. These have taken much longer than expected. I'm so sorry for the delay, but we are almost there now. They put me in direct contact with the machine shop that services and makes the gear. Those guys were pretty much always available and very informative. An added bonus was that when I talked to them about my sled having problems they actually believed me and would discuss the issues and ways to resolve them. Who woulda thought? I have requested a refund for the full amount,by the end of the month. We will see how the customer service is then. For now, they only response about delivery date has been the same..."Will get back to you by the end of the day!" That was the response a month ago and again 4 days ago. ...no response yet!
