It would be easiest to use micro-coax cable (something in the 30-40 AWG range). The through holes where the DIN connectors are soldered are center-hole positive, 4 outer-holes ground. The hole pattern on the board might be able to fit MCX connectors. Problem is that the BNC connector seems to use the panel as ground. Thus the signal is using the Shuttle body as gnd. If I connect the gnd of the PCB to the body, that means the power, signals etc, are essentially exposed to outside interference If I touch the body, static, etc. Not sure how to resolve this. I'm not terribly skilled in the EE arena but know enough to be dangerous. Would like to see your mods for the power adapter and BNC additions. Would love to mod this little piece of junk into something more useful as my DINs keep falling out due to the stress from the cables attached to them. Thanks. I had the guy who builds me power cables do it for me, but I bet any of the usual suspects could do it (Media Blackout, Terry West, etc). I have replaced the rubber backing with a carbon fiber reinforced, 3D printed male Gold Mount power pass-through. Not shown in these photos are the Lemo addition (drilled, but not yet installed) and the female Anton/Bauer plate (which will be installed on the opposite side to the male Gold Mount). Are you referring to 1.0/2.3 DIN, Mini BNC, or HD-BNC (what Media Blackout uses for Hyperdeck upgrades)? Wether a 90° degree connector can be used depends on the type of cable used.
